PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF PRIVATE MATTERS
On Thursday 27th of August, I went into the Clicks with a neighbor and was looking for a conditioner. Any how my neighbour went to dispensary and only when she came out of clicks she told me what the pharmacists were talking about. I had a horric head on Collission and lost both my parents. My neighbour told me that the paha****** were discusssing me and saying how "I had tried to comiti suside and thats how the accident happenned. While I was in the store there were other customera in pharmacy, so they got to hear all this. This is defamation of character, considering I am still having PTSD this has added to my condition. I would like this matter to be esculated and would like a manager to call me. The pha****** one in particular wears a skirt so short it is discusting, this is not a fashion parade and she should have to adhere to clicks code of coduct. About the above I would like to see some sort of dicipline to the 2 Indian pharmacist. I have have been in retail for 20 years and this pracctise is unacceptable especially for a Pharmacist where information it is imperative is confidential. They are suppose to keep matters cofidential not the case. POPI Act (Protection of Personal Information Act, or POPIA) is South Africa’s primary data privacy and protection law. It controls how public and private organizations collect, use, store, and share personal information. Please get a managager to contact me on *** urgently regarding the above.
