THE MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE!

I have yet to come across such a deplorable business in my life. They don't deliver on time; they don't answer emails and they don't answer their phones. They have subsequently closed all their social media accounts so that you have NO way of making contact with them. After failing to deliver I requested a refund. I have been ignored blankly. I have had to source books elsewhere and now 6 weeks later they are wanting to deliver my books. I am out of pocket now! Beyond Disgusting!
