Clickify Textbook Supplier Missing In Action

Clickify has not delivered textbooks ordered in December 2022 even though they promised to deliver in the first two weeks of January 2023 via their website for orders made in December 2022. When asking for an update via *** and *** there's no response, the phone goes to voicemail and emails go unanswered. These are people that our schools recommend we get books from. It's week 3 of January, books have not arrived, there's been no communication whatsoever on what issues there are if any. We can't buy books elsewhere because we don't know if we will get a refund or get to cancel the order made because there is no response from them. Do not buy from Clickify especially if you're in Gauteng, their service is appalling and they are all the way in KZN. Bookbound and other book suppliers in JHB do a better job and they're reachable
