I placed an order on 03 March 2026, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. I also received an email confirming the order. However, when I click on the link provided in the email to view my order, the page displays “This site can’t be reached.” In addition, I have not received any updates on my order, despite sending a query via your website.

ABSOLUTE **** BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY WHO DONT EVEN EXIST
They actually don't even deserve 1 star ! This is a total **** and I don't know how they can keep getting away with taking peoples money and not supplying the goods which were ordered. How is this allowed to happen. They don't even exist. I order two pairs of shoes and paid R1450-00 and to date I have not received the shoes. Their emails don't even exist/ I have tried to report to on Instagram and Facebook but I still see their adverts and more and more people getting caught BEWARE.

I bought shoes as advertised on Facebook online and paid. I tried to call, and details do not exist, I also tried to logon to their website, says, this page cannot be reached. It is 3 weeks ago, and it seems they do not exist. I paid R799-00. What do I do now? They should get a zero rating, why trick us ordinary people of our hard-earned money...
