Outstanding service

On a Friday I ordered & paid for some tyres from ClickATyre. Awaited confirmation of payment & further communication with regard to delivery. Since it was the weekend I didn't expect response before Monday. Monday I contacted the company to inquire about this.

Manager, Nadine Muller, contacted me with an apology for not responding sooner. Their internet system had some issues. I didn't expect them to contact me on the weekend.

She also informed me that they only had 1 tyre of the brand I initially selected & paid for, & not 2 as originally stated.

Nadine went beyond what was required . They offered me a different & more expensive brand of tyre at cost price. Which also caused them to refund the difference in prices .

All this was sorted out on the Monday & tyres was delivered before 5pm on the same day.

Fantastic service. Definitely recommend the use of their services.
