Theft

I placed an order (Order #39981) on 23 September 2024. After 5 months the owner WhatsApp's me and claims he does not have stock and doubts that he will ever get. He then asked me for my banking details to refund my money with interest. I have attempted many times to phone and enquire and my calls are just ignored. It has now been a week and I still have not received my money. This is theft. I have already ordered and paid through another channel so I need to recoup my money. This is ********** business practice. I am not impressed. There is, conveniently, no email address on the website only phone numbers.
