Super efficient! But at a cost....

Super friendly staff and efficient customer service. I really love how they work to resemble claims as smoothly and quickly as possible.

My only gripe with them is that in an effort to be all digital and quick, there are key aspects they miss. I for one did not have my policy adequately explained to me which caused confusion when I had to claim.
