Click2sure policy expires.

Policy expires... even though the website says "Your policy will automatically be renewed each year, and unless you cancel your policy by writing to us, or sending us an email at: ********** I received emails saying "Your free 30 day Click2Sure policy will expire in 7 days.".. this to me meant that they are offering me free policy and it will expire in 7 days... not that my existing policy will expire unless I renew it. I'm incredibly disappointed as I have paid my instalments without fail. I phoned today where someone directed me to the online portal where I needed to apply for a new policy. I'm not sure if I'm covered or how that works. My device was technically not covered for 7 days but I have a new policy and I don't know if they treat it as a used device or not.
