CLICK RENOVATION & PAINTING

WARNING!!!!!!!!!! I would like to warn people about CLICK RENOVATION & PAINTING (Middelburg/Witbank). Also known as CLICK PLANT HIRE @ www.clickrenovate.co.za I trusted said company with renovation and electrical work at a Middelburg property and I have received nothing but poor service. Their business ethics is nothing to write home about either. I was quoted, paid deposit as per quote terms and conditions, a week later I was asked to pay more, over and above the deposit to cover fuel cost due to the company having had to pay wages - which I did not do. For the past month I have had to endure several excuses ranging for personal reasons, to blatantly being told that the company is run by one man and that he is only one person and that any work coming in from clients who use their services more frequently takes priority. I appointed an estate agent to oversee the property but due to the fact that she reported that the little work rendered to date is not up to standard and said company has delayed meetings with prospected tenants/buyers and not met deadlines, the estate agent is now being blamed for the fact that I no longer wish to make use of the companies services. Needless to say, I had direct contact with the company and have had to make numerous follow up calls and enquiries due to the same issues - deadlines and delays. I was just told to relax. I have requested that the company refund me the balance of the monies paid for work not done and that in itself has been another rollercoaster ranging from the company agreeing to do so, to them blaming the estate agent and just blatantly ignoring my calls/messages in seeking a mutual remedy. Please - dont make the same mistake I did. If anyone else has been disadvantaged by this company, please send me a private message I would love to get in touch.
