Worst service ,unprofessional

Worst service. Continually **** to by one service agent. We Ordered twin tub washing machine 15kg on the 4th of October to date we haven't heard anything about our delivery to an extent that we ended up cancelling the order two weeks ago,even so still we are struggling to get our money back all we get is excuses from the agent. Please can someone contact us to resolve this issue urgently...m worried that we might be ****med 😡🤦
