Worst service. Continually **** to by one service agent.

Worst service. Continually **** to by one service agent. Would not put me through to a manager. Cannot get through to that service agent any longer. Ordered 5 x LG monitors at the beginning of October. Delivery still not received. I asked if we could collect as they say that they have the stock but wont communicate. Please can someone contact us to resolve this issue urgently
