WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER CLICK ON SHOP

Delivery on order #4379 postponed 2 times without any feedback on emails requesting details. Original delivery was within 3 days placed on 23 September 2021. After email they said it will be delivered on 5 October 2021, Another email again said 8 October 2021. Today is 11 October 2021 and I have not received anything. Their hotline number goes to mail box immediately.
