WORST ONLINE SHOP IN SA

I placed an order and paid for it 18 May. I'm still waiting for delivery. Every week I get told it's being dispatched and will be delivered the following Saturday. Now 27June and I'm still waiting only be told today again that will be dispatched this week. Does ANYONE actually do their jobs at this place?
