Watch out for Click On Shop!

I've place an order at Click on Shop on 15 March 2023. According to their website delivery will take 3 to 5 working days. They only have one telephone line which is always ringing with a message that the mailbox is full and they don't reply on any email queries. I have been struggling desperately to get in touch with these people for three weeks already and am unsure if they still exist. Call them first to confirm your order before paying anything!
