Washing Machine no show

Wish I could rate them lower - On 27/11/2021 I bought a washing machine online from CLICK ON SHOP situated in Pretoria and as yet not even received a waybill number. Was quick to confirm order #5417 and payment received, but that is where it stops. Try calling their hotline number (only number available) you get yourself chatting to an answering machine and leaving messages goes to no one as they don't call back. Been sending emails backward and forewards as the only way of communication, but all you receive is promises. On 30/11/2021 I ordered something else online and thought it to be local, just to find that when I received a waybill number and tracking number, it actually was shipped from China. Needless to say, I received that parcel on 11/01/2022 via Paxi. Why must our own people take us for rides with poor service and bull****/lies? Then we try and buy local and support local businesses, that is the service we get. DISAPPOINTING!!
