Very negative - waiting for a refund for 2+ weeks

I purchased a Playstation 5 in January when I saw an adverti*****t on Pricecheck of a ClickOnShop product placing. After purchasing, I tried to get more information on the business and unfortunately came across a lot of negative reviews. Growing worried, I requested a refund immediately the next day. At first, I was contacted and assured I would have a refund in 5 working days. Knowing what I saw from other reviews, I tried to follow up regarding the refund by calling their hotline advertised on their website and their email addresses, and received zero responses. Finally,on the apparent 5th day,I was rep**** to and said my refund would be processed. That evening, an agent phones me and tells me it was processed to Peach Payments, and that will be resolved in 3 working days. Since then, it has been 8 days and more than 2 weeks since I initially requested the refund, ans still waiting. Given what I have seen on other reviews and in my own situation, this is the only rating I can give this experience. Their customer service is subpar, they did not deliver on a single of their promises and I cannot recommend them to anybody
