Very disappointed

I am very disappoint with the clicks online service, I order on the 17th April and never received my parcel. No communication whatsover from Clicks. On Saturday the 26th April i sent them and was told that they will attend to my query on the next business day with the 29th April. 29th April no communication from the them, I called again only to be told that there was a technical issue and my order could not be placed and they have escalated and provide me with feedback.

30th April i received an email with two option either the refund to my bank or the clicks clubcards. I refused either options and requested that they order for me.

They took my address and details of the receiver, nothing from them since then. Today 06th May, I called again only to be told that my order was only recreated yesterday and the parcel only be dispatched to courier.

There is no sense of urgency at all from them, I still have waiting for order to be delivered.
