Very bad experience

On 12th of December I placed an order for PS5 and sent a message to the administrator that I will make a payment if they confirm that they've got the item in stock and can deliver before Christmas. On 14th of December I received a phone call from Edward who assured me that they have stock and definitely will deliver immediately. I paid them R12 077 and the nightmare began. On the 22 December after numerous attempts to contact them, I received a message that my parcel will go out for delivery on the next they. Nothing happened again and for 5-6 days I couldn't contact them again, until 31st of December when I received a message that they've got backorder on this item and don't know when will receive new supply. I was very angry and start looking for contact with them again with no success until 3 of January when I was assured that agent from company will definitely call me on the next day - which turns to be just another lie. I sent them a mail that I want full refund and they went on full hiding - no one is taking the phone calls, they are ignoring my emails and the online support just doesn't reply to my requests. At the moment I have no other option but to open a ******** case against them!
