Unacceptable service, and no respect for the customer

I purchased a TV from Click on Shop, and was told I would receive it on 25 Jan because there was already stock available to deliver to me.

On 25 Jan, I was told it would be delivered on 26 Jan. On 26 Jan, I was told it would be delivered on 27 Jan. On 27 Jan, I was told there "stock issues" and that it would be delivered on 28 Jan. On 28 Jan, I was told there were "logistical issues", and was promised it would be delivered on 29 Jan. On 29 Jan, I was told there is a "supplier delay", and that it "might" be delivered. I am still now awaiting delivery on 29 Jan, and I was promised.

Absolutely incompetence and unacceptable service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP - they do not have any respect for the customer, and have no problem giving customers false information and false promises. I will be requesting a refund from this shop if they do not deliver on 29 Jan as promised (and I will quickly take legal action if I experience any delay thereafter on the refund itself).
