TERRIBLE SERVICE NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL

I placed an order over a month ago and paid however my order continues to appear as on hold. When I called I was told it was a system issue and it should update. This never happened. I then called to cancel my order, was told to email, I've sent numerous emails but have not received any confirmation or feedback. Instead when I call to follow up, I'm promised a call back whilst they check.
