Terrible Service

Click in shop is the most terrible and dishonest company one could ever deals with. I bought a washing machine weeks ago, still not receiving it, I call them about 25 time in this period, a Derick always answer and his favorite word is however. He gave me an delivery date, so the day come and goes, I follow up he told me they did dispatch my machine but their drivers are stuck in Mpmalanga, and will deliver the next dat, so the next day he said, however they could not make it in time, the delivery will be the Saturday. We'll we are 2 weeks further, and Friday I calls and he told me this product isn't available anymore they going to change my order to a more expensive product, with.no extra cost to me, but the delivery will take place next week sometime. We'll I still waits,.I told him I going to call my cousin who work for the waks, and going to ask them.to investigate as I think they lie and **** and just stole people's money. Well he said they will refund me, and I'm still waiting for that to.
