Stove Delivery

Well the stove finally arrived 10 days later having been promised a 3-5 working day delivery! Communication, communication with your office is not easy and many hours before a response to questions., The delivery chaps were great and unpacked the stove, apologized for the lack of communication which they said they would let the office know. When they asked if they could take the packing back, I said only if they were going to recycle to which they answered - no we going to put it in the *******- so I said leave it and I will recycle which I have done. Otherwise a generally good prices and I would use them again but they need to keep their customers informed and answer calls quicker
