STAY AWAY FROM CLICK A SHOP ONLINE

Good day i purchased a deepfreeze from them and paid them, they promised it will be delivered on 21 March 2023, that never happened, i phoned they dont answer their phones at all, they never reply, just empty promises. I requested a refund, told me 3 to 5 working days, that never happened, still waiting. Action must be taken against this company, as they are *****ing the customers money!! Please does anyone have a suggestion?
