Sill Waiting for Delivery - Chest Freezer

On 12 November 2022 I bought a Hisense Chest Freezer at ClicknShop@R2399, till today I am still waiting and waiting and waiting...I made several follow-ups through emails and calls but no reply. Even today I sent an email and I called still no answer, this is poor service by any standard.
