Shocked at their online responds time.

I'm shocked at the lack of urgency from this company, I ordered online on Thursday, till date Monday 23 October 2023 @ 14h24 this is the update on their portal... courier clearly has to much on their hand that I why this parcel status was never changed... I ordered from Woolworths and clicks at the same time n guess what they delivered Friday already sies... you guys can learn something from them.
