Selling Expired Goods at the Goodwood Mall Shop

I have logged a complaint about expired Centrum 50+ product that was bought about a week ago at the Goodwood Mall Shop in Cape Town, which was expired in January 2023 and that it came from their store room.

Got an email from Clicks stating they will get back to me within 48 business hours, however the time has lapsed and I haven't received any feedback.

I have attached pictures of the product and it's barcode and explained that my mother, aged 76 years, threw away the receipt due to her medical condition.

Also, for selling expired goods to me as the consumer for my elderly mother I would like compensation of R2000 in a form a voucher no later than 10th of February 2023.
