SAMSUNG A52 s Ordered

I have paid in full for a Samsung phone on Black Friday.The only email i received is the order no.If you try to phone it says mailbox full and no answer.Got hold of Eric who promised delivery today after they sms me.Still no communication or phone.Emailed for a refund not even a reply,nothing! This is a ***** company and I regret not doing my homework before hand. DO NOT BUY FROM CLICK ON SHOP!YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
