Refund delays

I have ordered and paid on the 13 April (order number: 39350). I made follow ups on the 20th, and delivery was confirmed for Friday the 22nd. Delivery didn't happen as confirmed, phoned to find out why my order wasn't delivered, was only told then that there was a delay and they can only deliver in May.

I then cancelled the order on the 22nd April, and sent the banking details as per their requirement. received a confirmation email to acknowledge the details and that refund will take place within 5 days.

Today the 3rd May, i again asked on the status on the refund, i got excuses again that they are processing and the money will reflect in 72 hours, that's three more days.

I just want my money back.
