REFUND!!!!!!!!!

I have bought a fridge for almost R20k in August 2022 and to date nothing was delivered and the promised refund was never paid back. Order #47296 Samsung 488l French

I have opened a police case and logged a complaint through consumer who are updating me on the progress of the case. I am not giving up but I am tired.

Numerous emails sent without response since they promised a refund and my calls are not answered.
