Poor service. No refund

I never thought I'd ever write a bad review but Click on Shop really put me through grief. I purchased a HiSense washing machine on the 19th of December 2021 and to date haven't received my order. I sent an email and requested a refund on the 14th of January 2022 and was promised that the refund would be refunded within 3 working days. To date no money has been received and their phone just rings without any answer. I've sent numerous emails asking for my refund and it looks like the emails are intentionally ignored. I plead with anyone who is trying to use their services to first check customer reviews before proceeding with their purchase. Something I failed to do... 🥺 Hopefully I will get my refund after this.
