Poor service - Freezer delivery
I placed an order for a freezer on the 26th November 2021. The order still shows ‘On Hold’ and when I contacted them last week they said my order was scheduled for delivery on Friday 8th December 2021. Up to now no delivery has been made. I contacted them on Wednesday on their Messanger chat line and got no response, I tried them again today and am still waiting for them to ‘connecting you with a live agent’

18 Dec 2021, 20:56I called them on the 17th December and talked to Shawn/ Shaun/ Sean. He promised the delivery is going to be made today. It is 20:55 and I am still waiting.
