Poor service and incorrect model received.

On 20 October 2021, I ordered and paid for a Hisense 13kg top loader model WTX1302T. After numerous calls to their seemingly only operator for delivery of machine, whom always had some sort of excuse for delayed delivery and whom never calls back after saying that he will and never responds to emails, the top loader was eventually delivered on 26 November 2021. When unpacking and setting up my new Hisense top loader on 27 November 2021, I found that it is not the correct model that I purchased and paid for. The model I received is a Hisense 13kg top loader but the model is a WTJA1302T. I am very disappointed as there is major differences in the 2 models. The model I received (WTJA1302T) has a dispenser for washing powder and liquid detergent (the same thing) but none for softner. Both the areas of the dispenser is sprayed with water when wash cycle starts, where a the model I ORDERED (WTX1302T) has a dispenser for washing powder/liquid detergent and softner. This caused a hell of a mess between me and my spouse. I am not satisfied with this company's operating process and there is no customer satisfaction. They (provider) don't answer calls on Saturday's which means I couldn't even report that the wrong model was delivered. I wouldn't recommend purchasing products from this provider no matter how low their prices are. I believe that if the service provider (Click on shop) was descent enough, they would contact me and apologize for the mistake, offer to deliver the correct model which I ordered and paid for, and when the correct model is delivered the courier my load and return the incorrect model which will be used, as I had to wait for more than a month to receive delivery.
