Poor security and customer service

Clicks in JHB CBD (Africa city) The security and customer service is very poor so on Monday I went there to buy myself some few Items and it happened that I lost my wallet in the shop by the counter but I’ve noticed it in the taxi I had go back and check but the shop was closed already. I had to go back the following day Yoh instead of helping me to track the wallet they just told me that they don’t ***** from the customers ,they didn’t not receive any case of the wallet from their stuff and the cashier that was helping is not on duetie there’s nothing they can do to assist me.When I ask them to atleast check from the cctv they said their cameras are not working and they left me hanging by the counter without anyhelp.
