Poor customer service and lack of transparency

I made an online purchase on 3rd April 2024 and till this day I haven't received my order.it is a click n collect order I went to the shop on the 9th of the April 2024 to enquire about the order I was told they haven't received it and I should used it have used clicks Chris Hani mall not motse wa lijani as they don't receive online orders Order number OF******* I called customer service on the 9th n 10th of April 2024 trying to get info about could be the reason for this delay and last update on the clicks app regarding this order was on 4th April 2024 stating order is ready for courier pickup/collection
