Playstation paid for, never received

Paid for a playstation in May 2022. Playstation was never received. Followed up weekly with repeated delivery promises broken. Requested a refund which I was advised would be processed. Every week for the last eight weeks, I have been promised the refund would happen on the next Friday. Refund has never been received. Phone calls are not answered and e-mails are largely mostly never responded to.
