****** phone by casher at clicks Station square Pretoria

Yesterday on the 23 Dec 2023 i when to Clicks in Station square to buy snacks. As i was busy with my snacks i put my phone together with my snacks

As i get to the till..the lady by the name of Nola Malatji "casher" told me about the promotion were u buy soft drink and get lay's for free,i wen to fetch them leaving my phone with snacks"she ask me if i stay in pretoria and i said no"..as i came back i found her pack all my stuff without my concern and i forgot to check everything then i paid,left the store straight to the taxi..as i seat down the taxi moved,i wanted to call my boyfriend then i started looking for my phone it was gone and as i look at the time,,click was about to close

The following day which is today Sunday 24 December 2023, i when back with my boyfriend and we meet the manage,explain anything happen"unfortunately click doesn't have cameras"..the lady casher is off and she was called and she denied everything..the manage shoot for her in a nice way said that lady will never do such act to my surprise she wasn't there during that moment but she spoke as if i when out with the phone,,she called her area manager about such and nothing was done

I didn't like ghee how i was treated

When to police station to open the case and due to time i failed to do so

Why all this clicks have cameras but this one in station square one of busy small mall in pretoria doesn't have cameras?

Today cashers are taking advantage of us customers and worse part she didn't expect me to go back to clicks "cashers people who make then to get paid and out the bread on they're tables at the end if the day"

Im not happy at all

I don't have a phone because Nola Malatji took it and switch it off couple seconds after taking it..knew that the following day she will be off so there's nothing can be done about it
