Pathetic service

I placed an order online on the 24th October. I was first notified that it will take 2 weeks to receive my order. After about 2 weeks I was told that they hadn’t received my proof of payment, even though I had emailed it. The person I was talking to looked for it while I was on the phone and found it and told me my order will be delivered that same week on a Friday. I called them on the 23rd November to follow up and I was told they had issues with their supplier which caused delays. But these issues have since been resolved and my order will be delivered on the 24th November. Their service is pathetic. I’m still waiting for my order, more than a month after placing it.
