PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. TV NOT DELIVERED!!!

Pathetic customer service. Ordered for a 43 inch Sinotec TV on the 6th of November 2021, and till date has not received my order. upon numerous calls to the online consultant, I am told that dispatch will take place at a later date, only to find that the date keeps advancing later and later. Why are they wasting my time. I've requested for a refund. I am still awaiting for that to be processed!!! Very FRUSTRATING!!!
