Over promise under deliver

I am usually not one to write bad reviews. Please save your time and money, worse service ever. I placed my order end Nov'21 and have still not received it. I even offered to come collect and no one responded. I went to Midrand as per their online address and the security told me they never came back. They were quick to phone me to pay but I am waiting 2 weeks for my refund!! And am still waiting.
