Order & Refund not received.

I placed an order on the 20th of June for a PS4 console combo with 2 additional controllers. A proof of payment was sent to Click on Shop on the 21st of June at 16:56 and the date of delivered was requested on that email. On the 23rd of June another email request for a delivery date was sent to which Click on Shop responded and advised that the delivery was scheduled for Friday the 1st of July.

On the 30th of June an email request was sent out for confirmation on the delivery scheduled for the 1st of July and Click on Shop then confirmed this date via email. Monday the 4th of July, an email was sent to Click on Shop stating that the order had not been fulfilled to which there was no response. On the 5th of July a follow up email was sent for feedback, which Click on Shop then responded to stating that the delivery date had been changed due to logistical issues and was now scheduled for the 7th of July.

On the 5th of July, I requested a refund should the order not be fulfilled on the 7th of July as promised. On the 11th of July, Click on Shop requested for the banking details in order to complete the refund requested, a follow up email was sent to request that a proof of payment be sent once the refund had been processed. My personal assistant made several follow up calls as well as sent emails on my behalf to which there was no response. On the 12th of July Click on Shop responded and advised that the refund would be processed and finalized no later than Friday the 15th of July.

Again, numerous follow up calls and emails were met with no response, until the 19th of July when Click on Shop responded and stated that the refund would be completed within the next 72 hours.

Due to the constantly misleading information coupled with the inconsistent communication and unfulfilled promises, I contacted a lawyer to open a civil suit against Click On Shop.

It has been 2 months since the request for a refund has been sent and I have still not received anything. This is beyond ridiculous and is undoubtedly within the realm of theft.
