Order not received, No communication

I regret ordering from these people, made an immediate payment on the 26 of November for a Washing Machine I was never told when it's gonna be delivered, I kept tracking my order up until today it's been processing. Yesterday I spoke to one of their consultant via the Chat and told me it will be delivered today and today they are not answering me. To avoid stress and frustration, stay away from them.
