Order not delivered.

I ordered a computer monitor on the 20 November, it has still not arrived. On the few occasions that they have answered the phone, the staff seem nice. However, there have been multiple promises made as to when I would receive the order and none have been kept. None of my emails have been answered, and I am really frustrated by the terrible service and bad communication.
