No order received

We ordered a ps 5 last year for Christmas. We never got our order. We drove to their address 43 montrose street, vorna valley, midrand and they do not exist. They do not answer phone calls nor on emails. We asked for a refund. They advised that they will refund us but they never did. Decoy to keep us quiet dor a while!
