No Delivery - No Refund

I bought a dishwasher online 17 Dec 2021 and thought courier services are busy over the festive period hence why no delivery was made in the month of Dec 2021. I follow up with a call and e-mails and got no response, reply or feedback. Im waiting for the product up until today. I think my money is down the drain.
