Lack of liability, lack of empathy from such a huge and trusted company

The year was 2020 when I purchased and consumed a nugget bar from Clicks company that contain live worms And fell sick and treated myself. I informed Clicks about this issue and they promised to look into it till today. No compensation has been done to me and my health. I have all sorts of proof receipts, videos of such incidents and emails, communicating with Clicks , but my compensation has never been met .Honestly, there’s no justice no empathy towards consumers in South Africa.
