Gone with the wind.

I bought side by side fridge from them on March transfer money to their direct account, since then i never got my delivery or refund, i tried everything to drive to their offices dololo no office in Midrand, send email to cancel the order got acknowledged that my money will be in within 72 Hours since then they are either not answering their phone or their website offline, but i want give up i want my money back,i will do everything in my power to get to the bottom of this.
