Ghosted

I ordered on the 1May 2025 chose the click and collect option only for their driver sending my package back cause my phone was on voicemail which is stupid with the option I have. I lodge the complaint they confirmed all is true only for them to ghost me for a week after I asked that they recreate my order . What a waste on communication clicks has serious bad customer service . I’m never ever stepping into any clicks in my life . Don’t ever try their online service
