Fed up and frustrated

I’ve made a purchase of a 55” TV on the 10th November and still waiting for my order to date. I’m always told my order will be dispatched on Friday literally every time I call them. I’m really frustrated as this people are not communicating rather they always wait for you to call them. I’m going to ensure they give me my TV or rather refund if they can’t deliver. Anyone who’s also tired of these people please reach out so we sort them out! I’m so angry and I pray hellopeter reaches out to me to sort this out. I’ll keep coming back here to give feedback on the order. For now I’m so angry and boiling!
