Failed delivery of Order [Order #63750] (March 6, 2023)

I paid for our bar fridge on the 6 March and despite numerous attempts at a delivery I have received an email saying the order was released on the 10th March- it is now the 27 March 2023 and I have not received our bar fridge yet. I would like a refund but Have no assurance of that either.
