Empty Promises

I ordered a XBOX One S on the 26th of November 2021 and made an immediate payment for the console. They called me to confirm the order and that it was going to be delivered by the 1st of December 2021. The delivery didn't happen. I kept calling for days without the call being answered. Now the delivery was supposed to happen on the 8th of December, I just got an excuse that they can't get the driver to track my delivery. I'm so disappointed in their service and dishonesty.
